Ruby Hotel in Southwark will join stablemates Ruby Lucy on the South Bank which opened in 2020, Ruby Zoe which is due open in Notting Hill early 2023 and Ruby Stella in Clerkenwell also planned to open in 2023. When Ruby Hotel in Southwark opens it will bring the total group capacity to 571 hotel rooms in London.
