thestudio has just launched its new ten-point ‘Safe, Seamless and Successful’ guide to event planning with a comprehensive plan for delivering events safely and creatively once it re-opens for business on 4th July. Their safety plan covers all aspect from arrival at the venue, through to the meeting room experience. This includes providing each guest with an individual sanitised desk space for the meeting day. Refreshments and food will be prepared freshly on site and delivered as a new “grab and go” offer which will allow guests flexibility to eat safely at their desk or even in the studio’s outdoor space which will also be available for open air meetings at the studio venues in Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds.

thestudio is also promoting its video conferencing technology to allow delegates to meet virtually where appropriate.
