New owners of the former Travelodge London Gatwick Airport located in Lowfield Heath, Crawley next to London Gatwick Airport are planning to relaunch it as a Hyatt Place-branded property.
The 185-bedroom hotel will undergo a major refurbishment, including upgrading all the bedrooms plus a full renovation of the reception, restaurant and bar areas.
The hotel currently has 125 parking spaces and is a five minute drive from London Gatwick Airport.
Restructuring work at the Hyatt Place Hotel is expected to complete in the third quarter of 2021.
