Ruby Hotels is planning a third hotel in London following the opening of Ruby Lucy in London’s Southbank earlier this year.
Ruby number two is Ruby Stella which is set to open in 2022 in Clerkenwell.
The third addition will be Ruby Zoe, located in the heart of Notting Hill and set to open late 2023.
Ruby Hotels offer a ‘lean luxury philosophy in a top location with high-quality fittings and outstanding design’. Ruby Zoe is set to follow the blueprint.
Ruby Zoe will be a new build hotel with 173 bedrooms. It will feature a street-front public area combining retail and hotel elements.
Ruby Zoe will be within walking distance of Kensington Palace and Hyde Park.
