Legacy Hotels will be the future operator of the 30 James Street Hotel in Liverpool formerly part of the Signature Living portfolio.
The Grade II-listed, four-star 30 James Street Hotel opened in 2014. The hotel includes 63 nautical-themed rooms plus a rooftop terrace bar, events space and spa facilities.
Legacy Hotel has one other hotel in Liverpool - The Pullman Hotel Liverpool located at Kings Dock. The group also have one in development - a 13-storey Novotel with 221 bedrooms facing the New Royal Hospital and University of Liverpool campus.
