Approval has been granted to build a new Hampton by Hilton at the Imperial War Museum Duxford in Cambridgeshire.
Hampton by Hilton Duxford will be a six-storey, ‘L’-shaped building with 168 bedrooms on the ground to fourth floors plus a lobby, gym and reception on the ground floor and with a bar and dining area on the top floor including an outdoor terrace.
The Imperial War Museum at Duxford is Europe’s largest air museum and houses an extraordinary collection of historic aircraft and also features a wide range of modern purpose-designed meeting, events and banqueting spaces.
Hampton by Hilton Duxford will be located just south of Cambridge at Junction 10 of the M11 motorway, less than 50 miles from central London
Hampton by Hilton Duxford is expected to open spring 2022.
