The first Bike & Boot Hotel aimed at the outdoor enthusiast is set to open on Monday 20th July in Scarborough on the North Yorkshire coast.
Bike & Boot will have 65 bedrooms all equipped with the latest in-room technology and comforts - and some with sea views.
Bike & Boot will be targeting walkers, cyclists, surfers and dog owners. The facilities include secure bicycle storage, drying rooms (for surfers) and a dog washing room.
Bike & Boot will also feature a bar and grill restaurant plus an in-house film club and a private guest retreat.
Bike & Boot is located in Cliff Bridge Terrace in Scarborough.
