Plans for a new luxury hotel in Edinburgh have been published. The proposed development would result from the conversion of a former retail outlet in Princes Street.
The four-star hotel will be based in a £50million redevelopment of Edinburgh’s Debenhams store. The new hotel would include a spa, a rooftop bar with 360 degree views of Edinburgh and the castle, as well as a city centre business ‘hub’ with space for local businesses.
If all goes to plan the hotel is likely to open in the latter half of 2024.
