Plans have been published to extend the King Street Townhouse hotel in the centre of Manchester.
The Hut Group, the hotel’s owner, has acquired two properties down from King Street Townhouse - the former 1761 and Lily's Bar at 2-4 Booth Street.
The newly acquired properties would feature a spa in the basement and a gym at the first floor including treatment rooms, a sauna, a plunge pool, a lounge and a champagne bar and café.
The plans are currently with Manchester City Council awaiting approval.
