Plans have been approved for a new high-rise hotel in the tech city quarter of London near Old Street roundabout.
Work will now start on the 23 storey mixed-use development later this year. The project will consist of an office podium building with a 210-bedroom destination hotel above.
The site is situated in City Road/East Road high-rise cluster. We will monitor its progress and report in due course.
