Accor Hotels Group has introduced a new branding to its range of hotels – the Emblems Collection.
Emblems Collection is a worldwide collection of boutique hotels in major cities and luxury resorts.
“Emblems Collection adds a fresh and exciting new dimension to Accor’s luxury offerings. A key focus of our growth and development strategy is to add aggressively across our strongest lines and leading business accelerators, which includes luxury as well as collection brands, while ensuring all 40+ brands in our global network continue to grow, evolve and flourish,” said Sébastien Bazin, Chairman & CEO, Accor.
Accor expect the Emblems Collection to grow to around 60 properties worldwide by 2030. The first Emblems Collection hotel will be Guiyang Art Centre Hotel, Emblems Collection which opens in China’s Guizhou province in December 2022.
Hotels in the Emblems Collection will fall into three categories:
Emblems Collection Heritage – hotels that are landmarks of a destination.
Emblems Collection Retreat - resort properties along beaches, in the countryside or in the mountains with major, luxurious leisure and wellbeing facilities.
Emblems Collection Signature – design-led hotels.
Target cities in Europe for potential growth of the Emblems Collection include London, Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin and Madrid.
