Construction work is now complete on two new hotels at Airport City Manchester.
The two hotels – a Holiday Inn and an ibis Budget are now being fitted out prior to a planned late summer/early autumn 2022 opening.
Holiday Inn Manchester Airport will have 280 bedrooms and suites, many with runway views, plus the brand’s signature Open Lobby, combining the front desk, lobby, restaurant, bar, lounge and a business centre into one area.
Holiday Inn Manchester Airport will also feature ground floor meeting and events space plus its feature restaurant Firin – offering a modern Turkish menu, designed around a theatre kitchen.
ibis Budget Manchester Airport will have 262 bedrooms across seven storeys – a mix of double, twin and triple rooms all equipped with a flat screen television, en-suite bathroom and free wi-fi.
ibis Budget Manchester Airport will offer a breakfast buffet or a Grab & Go breakfast.
The next new hotel scheduled to land at Manchester Airport will be a new nine-storey TRIBE hotel with 412 bedrooms and suites, a restaurant plus a bar and a gym. It is scheduled for completion in early 2024.
