Raffles London at The OWO

Raffles London at The OWO is planning an opening in late 2022. The new hotel will take over the building that once served as Winston Churchill’s base during the Second World War. The building’s original Edwardian Baroque architectural detail has been retained with contemporary design elements added. Raffles London at The OWO will have 120 bedrooms and suites, 85 residences and a collection of nine restaurants and bars, as well as a spa and green space integrated through internal courtyards and terraces. The Peninsula London

Also slated to open in late 2022/early 2023 is The Peninsula London, located overlooking Hyde Park Corner and Wellington Arch at the heart of Belgravia. The property’s architecture and interiors will reflect the heritage and grandeur of this area, with a stately entrance and colonnaded courtyard lobby. The Peninsula London will house 190 bedrooms and suites, along with 25 luxury residences.  Residents also benefit from the hotel’s guest facilities. Inhabit Queen’s Gardens

 Inhabit Queen’s Garden is planning an early 2022 opening across a crescent of mid-19th century townhouses on a tree-lined square near Lancaster Gate in Bayswater. Inhabit Queen’s Garden will have 159 bedrooms plus The Kitchen Restaurant focusing on plant-based dishes, a bar showcasing English wine, a lounge area and a library plus a subterranean wellness area with treatment rooms, a fitness suite and yoga studio. The Hoxton to open its fourth London hotel in 2022

Winter 2022 should see the opening of Hoxton’s fourth London property - in Shepherd's Bush.

 Hoxton Shepherd's Bush will have 237 bedrooms, including a new affordable ‘hideout' category. The hotel will have a restaurant, a central bar, terrace and courtyard plus meeting and events space. It will also feature retail space.

Courtyard Exeter Sandy Park Hotel is a new-build hotel from the Marriott Group scheduled to open in February 2022.

Courtyard Exeter Sandy Park Hotel is an eight-storey building with 250 bedrooms and suites. The hotel features a rooftop bar and restaurant with panoramic views across the Devon countryside and coastline.

Courtyard Exeter Sandy Park Hotel will have three meeting and events rooms. Leisure facilities include an on-site fitness suite

Courtyard Exeter Sandy Park Hotel is situated just off the M5. It is next to Exeter Chiefs Rugby stadium with convenient access to Sandy Park Conference & Banqueting Centre as well as the centre of Exeter.

The Nest is a new meeting and events facility which opened earlier this year and is located near Norwich International Airport.

The Nest is the Norwich City Community Sports site. It covers a 22-acre site and has a range of facilities including conference and events spaces, a floodlit 3G pitch, high-quality grass football pitches, dining facilities and a café.

The Nest will accommodate up to 180 guests for a reception or 140 for a banquet.

Accommodation is also available for up to 70 people. Five bespoke bunk boxes with a private party leader room available in four of the boxes.  All contain WC facilities, with seven shower cubicles, four unisex toilets with two hairdryers and two hand dryers located in the main clubhouse.

The Hub building at The Nest includes a meeting room for up to 150 delegates theatre plus an IT suite and a private boardroom. There is on-site parking for 200 cars.

The Nest is located in Holt Road in Horsford. It was the former home ground of Norwich City Football Club, used for 27 years between 1908 and 1935.

One Hundred Shoreditch is a new hotel in East London currently planning an opening in February 2022.

Formerly the Ace Hotel, One Hundred Shoreditch will have 258 bedrooms and suites, six restaurants and bars including a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London - plus five meeting and events spaces.

All bedrooms and suites will be furnished in neutral tones, feature bespoke artwork, the latest technology and a dining and work area.

The largest meeting space will be the One Hundred Room on the seventh floor accommodating up to 70 delegates theatre style.

One Hundred Shoreditch will also feature a Peleton Studio in the lower ground floor equipped with five Peloton bikes.

One Hundred Shoreditch is located at One Hundred Shoreditch High Street, a two-minute walk from Shoreditch High Street tube station.

January 2022 is the planned opening date of the new Clayton Hotel in central Manchester.

Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre is an 18-storey tower with 329 bedrooms and suites located in Portland Street in central Manchester. All bedrooms are equipped with a HD TV, a desk, complimentary wi-fi and a laptop safe.

Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre features No 55 Restaurant and bar.

Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre has five flexible meeting rooms on a dedicated events floor - plus a business lounge. The meeting rooms all have natural daylight and come with views across central Manchester. All rooms offer state-of-the-art facilities, fully equipped audio-visual technology with digital screens and wi-fi. The Piccadilly Suite is the main room seating up to 149 delegates theatre style.

Clayton Hotel Manchester City Centre is an 8-minute walk to Manchester Piccadilly Station and a 5-minute walk to Piccadilly Gardens.

The first Hometel property – room2, has just opened in Chiswick in London. It is also the world’s first carbon neutral hotel.

room2 Chiswick uses 89% less energy per sq-mt than a typical UK hotel. It is also the first hotel in the world to fully account for its entire carbon footprint, making it 'whole life net zero'. All emissions associated with the Hometel's construction and its operation including the eventual clearance of the building will equal zero.

room2 Chiswick has a green roof planted with wildflowers to increase biodiversity and absorb CO2, as well as housing beehives and bug hotels.

Internally, room2 Chiswick has 86 bedrooms and suites, each with a kitchenette and access to the cafe and restaurant. The hotel has a laundry area guests can use and a gym as well as the more standard bar and communal areas.

The facilities and décor in room2 Chiswick have been inspired by the 19th century arts and crafts heritage movement, which valued craftsmanship over mass factory production. Hence each room has been crafted in collaboration with local artisans. They also feature a mattress-menu.

room2 Chiswick has an independently run café by day and cocktail bar by night specialising in locally sourced organic food, coffee and wine.

room2 Chiswick is located in Windmill Road the heart of Chiswick's high street around five miles from central London and a short walk from Turnham Green tube station.
